About Our Team

Meet Long Le. Owner operator of FIRE Leaders Financial. He has more than seven years’ experience in corporate sales and customer service. He comes from a first generation of Vietnamese immigrants and is more than a 30-year Minnesota native. He started his career in the industry as a Life and Health insurance specialist and dreamed of having his own agency so decided to open it. Long is a compassionate, caring and spiritual individual that often volunteers in his community. As a bilingual professional he has helped both family and clients with language needs.

Our company was established in 2022. We have over 3 years of experience in the field. We are a bilingual company offering both Vietnamese and English clients flexibility to communicate. We look forward to serving your community.

About F.I.R.E Leaders

FIRE is a financial movement that stands for Financial Independence Retire Early. The concept was inspired by the book "Your Money or Your Life" authored by Vicki Robin and Joe Dominguez. At FIRE Leaders, we are committed to upholding this ideology by providing our clients with tailored financial solutions that best align with their affordability and suitability. We work closely with reputable companies such as Transamerica, Nationwide, Prudential, Pacific life, Travelers, Progressive, and more, to leverage their resources and offer our clients cost-efficient solutions, enhanced protection, and sound investment strategies.
